I'm making it to play with some ideas and experiment with some webdesign
stuff that doesn't have to be cross browser compatible. I'm not worrying
too much about it looking the same in all browsers -- I'm using some proprietary
ie and mozilla code and a lot of
selectors that ie just can't understand. But I'm trying to avoid "inelegant"
code, stay more or less xhtml-transitional valid, and keep the content
viewable in any modern browser. So far even NN4*
is pulling through.

I'm not really feeling all that inspired to write about myself right now. I live in San Antonio, tutor and teach, design websites, write and edit, play bass, and probably do some other things. This site is more about playing with design elements than writing content; but I will get some good stuff up when inspiration hits.
I've got some ideas rumbling around about corporate economics and community economics, but it's hard to be inspired to read supreme court case law, and that's what it's going to take. I'm a little bit obsessive and my current obsession is webdesign. We'll see how long this lasts.
stylesheet for the site. It's the alternate on
the other pages, but I decided to let it take over on this page. Sparkly.
So much for NN4
support...you can still see the content, though. I changed the media
type on the stylesheet link to "projection,
screen" which hides all the styling from the version 4 and
below browsers. Things were just getting too ugly. The background is again
thanks to A. Kitaoka. I know
that this
font is kind of rough on the eyes, but there's not much to read and
I kind of like the old school angularity.
